Participation fees vary based on booth selection. All vendor applications are juried by the festival team. The spaces will be given on a first come, first served basis upon approval.

After submitting your application, if your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days with a payment link to submit payment. If you prefer to mail a check, please reply to the confirmation email that you are sending a check. Your participation is not confirmed until you receive this email. If your application is not approved, you will receive an email within 3-5 business days that your application is not approved. Information regarding festival setup and protocols will be sent via email closer to the festival date.

The booth options are as follows:

8 Community Hall Booth Spaces. Includes access to electricity. Vendors will provide their own tables, linens, and extension cords. Community Hall Spaces are SOLD OUT

35 Lawn Booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’ . You are responsible for your own set up equipment including tables, chairs, and tents.

The Historic Gym is reserved for folk and folk-inspired potters. Please contact Emily if you wish to set up in our Historic Gym.

SNCA Folk Pottery and Arts Festival Release Form

Whereas the undersigned is renting a space and participating in the 17th Annual Folk Pottery and Arts Festival, which is being rented/leased through and promoted by the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia, the undersigned, in consideration of participation in said event on August 30, 2025, herby agrees to the following: 1. To be responsible for all licenses and taxes required by White County and/or State of Georgia of whatever kind or nature, the undersigned is responsible for all insurance covering said items brought to said Sautee Nacoochee Folk Pottery and Arts Festival 2. There will be no refund for space rented. 3. Selling of event space is not allowed by anyone other than event organizers. 4. Only artists and artwork type listed on the application may be displayed or sold during the festival. Event organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any artwork not listed on the application. 5. No dealers or resellers are allowed. Only artists selling their own work will be approved for a booth. 6. To read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to release the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia, the Sautee Nacoochee Community Association, and White County from any and all liability regardless of the nature or claim the undersigned may have. Please note: Failure to agree to the terms of the release form will result in cancellation of booth space
