Participation fees vary based on booth selection.   All vendor applications are juried by the festival team.  The spaces will be given on a first come, first served basis upon approval. 

After submitting your application, if your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days with a payment link to submit payment. If you prefer to mail a check, please reply to the confirmation email that you are sending a check.   Your participation is not confirmed until you receive this email.  If your application is not approved, you will receive an email within 3-5 business days that your application is not approved.  Information regarding festival setup and protocols will be sent via email closer to the festival date. 

The booth options are as follows:

 Community Hall Booth Spaces.  Includes access to electricity.  Vendors will provide their own tables, linens, and extension cords.  Community Hall Spaces are SOLD OUT

35   Lawn Booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’ . You are responsible for your own set up equipment including tables, chairs, and tents.

The Historic Gym is reserved for folk and folk-inspired potters. Please contact Emily if you wish to set up in our Historic Gym.
